Since 1983, WE Fest has brought the biggest names in country music to Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, MN. While the music is on stage, the real experience is powered by the team behind the scenes.

Parking Crew
Overview

 

Key Responsibilities

• Verify parking permits and direct vehicles to the correct lots
• Guide guests into parking spaces safely and efficiently
• Maintain organized vehicle flow in high-traffic areas
• Provide clear directions and basic festival information to guests
• Monitor surroundings and communicate with leadership as needed

 

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and directional skills
• Comfortable directing vehicle traffic in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stay alert and aware of surroundings
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
• Reliable and team-oriented

 

Schedule

Shifts take place throughout the festival, with peak staffing during arrival and departure periods. Pre-fest shift available for pre-party on Wednesday, August 5th from 5 pm to 1 am
1st shift 10 am - 5 pm Thursday, August 6th through Saturday, August 8th
2nd shift 4 pm - 10 pm Thursday, August 6th through Saturday, August 8th
