Seating Crew
Overview
Help deliver a premium guest experience inside the WE Fest concert bowl. Ushers assist guests with seating, ensure proper access to designated areas, and help maintain a safe and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Help guests locate seats and navigate seating areas
- Verify tickets and ensure proper access to premium sections
- Keep aisles, walkways, and exits clear and accessible
- Provide support in VIP, Reserved, Grandstand, PIT, and Lawn Chair areas
- Answer guest questions and provide general assistance
- Monitor surroundings and communicate with leadership as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer service–focused with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable, attentive, and guest-focused
Schedule
Shifts take place throughout the festival and are concentrated during concert hours. 1st shift 12:30 pm - 12 am Thursday, August 6th through Saturday, August 8th2nd shift 4 pm - 12 am Thursday, August 6th through Saturday, August 8th
